What is covered
Electric system, 1 year from delivery: motor, controller, battery pack, charger, throttle and wiring, against manufacturing defects and premature failure. This is the system that makes the car go, and it is the part of a machine like this that fails other brands’ owners with no parts route. Ours has one: the pack, wheels and guard are stocked on parts and accessories, and other components are quoted through support.
Gas line: the same 1-year term applied to the engine, gearbox and electrical ancillaries against defects.
Your build being your build: a car that arrives not matching the confirmed spec sheet is corrected at our cost, no time limit on reporting the mismatch on arrival.
What is not covered
Wear. Tires, wheels and brake components wear by design on a machine built to slide. The bumper guard exists because the front bumper is a wear item on any car being learned in.
Battery ageing. Losing capacity across years of charge cycles is chemistry, not a defect. Budget for a pack at $795 somewhere in year three to five, a number we publish rather than let you discover.
Over the load rating. 660 lb combined is the engineering limit on the electric platform. Past it, damage is a consequence rather than a defect.
Modification, immersion, crashes, and commercial or rental use. The last one matters: venue duty cycles are different machines’ worth of hours. If you are buying for a business, contact us first and we will quote terms that will actually apply.
How a claim works
- Email your order number, photographs, and when the symptom started.
- We respond within two business days. Most electrical faults diagnose from photos and a description of when it happens.
- We ship the part, or arrange repair for what a part cannot fix.
Freight damage at delivery is its own faster path, covered under cancellations and returns: note it on the paperwork or report within 48 hours with photos.
Statutory rights
This warranty adds to your rights under applicable law and limits nothing that cannot be limited.

How long is the warranty?

Does drifting void it?
No. These are drift machines and sliding is the intended use. Wear on tires and wheels is expected and not a fault.
What voids it?
Exceeding the 660 lb load rating, modifying the electrical system, water immersion, commercial or rental use, and crash damage.
Is battery ageing covered?
Defects within the year are covered. Gradual capacity loss over years of charging is normal ageing, not a defect, and the replacement pack is listed at $795 so that cost is visible up front.
What about the body and paint?
Your build is inspected and photographed before crating, and freight damage is covered through the delivery process. Cosmetic wear from use, including wheel and bumper scuffs, is not a warranty item, which is what the bumper guard is for.
