Privacy policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026. This is written to be read, not to hide things. If something here is unclear, contact us and we will answer plainly.

What we collect, and why

When you buy. Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping address and payment details to process the order; we receive everything except your full card details, which never touch our systems. We use this to build, ship and support your order, and for the legally required accounting records. Stripe’s own handling is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

When you message us. Email and WhatsApp conversations, including the photos and design references you send for a custom build, are kept for as long as your order and warranty are live, because your build spec lives in that thread.

When you browse. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, user agent) for security and performance. We run no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no third-party cookies. The site stores one thing in your browser: your light-or-dark theme choice, which never leaves your device.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing you did not ask for. We do not build advertising profiles. The newsletter, when it operates, is opt-in and every send carries an unsubscribe.

Who sees your data

Three categories, all needed to deliver what you ordered: Stripe (payment), our factory partner (your build spec and shipping address, so the car can be made and crated for you), and the freight carrier (name, address, phone for delivery). Each receives only what its job requires.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once no open order, warranty obligation or legal retention period requires it. Email the address in the footer with the request and we will act on it within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for the warranty period plus the retention that tax law requires. Conversations with no order attached are deleted within a year.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it, and active customers are told by email. Related terms for purchases are on terms of sale.
