Shipping and lead times
Free, on everything
Every order ships free within the contiguous US: parts by parcel or ground, cars as crated freight with liftgate delivery included, and the carrier’s hazardous-materials surcharge on lithium batteries paid by us. There is no threshold and no size of item that falls outside it.
The honest timeline
These are made-to-order machines, not warehouse stock, and the timeline reflects it:

The design stage is where your seat count, wheels, interior, paint and decals get locked, and it is worth taking slowly because it is free and permanent. Production starts only after you confirm, and confirmation is also the point after which the build cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Parts ordered alone ship much sooner: parcel items in 2 to 5 business days, batteries in 3 to 7 by ground, which is a regulatory requirement for lithium rather than a choice.
Delivery day
An electric car arrives as a 617 lb wooden crate, a gas car at 908 lb. Liftgate delivery is included, so the truck lowers the crate to the ground at the kerb or driveway end. From there:
- Have help. The crate is a two-person-plus job to move and uncrate.
- Inspect before signing. Walk around the crate with the driver. Any visible damage gets noted on the delivery paperwork before you sign, and that note is what makes a freight claim straightforward.
- Check access. If your street cannot take a full-size trailer, tell us at checkout and the carrier arranges a smaller vehicle. Finding out on the day means a rescheduled delivery.
- Photograph everything as you uncrate. If concealed damage turns up, contact us within 48 hours with the photos.
Where we ship
Contiguous US, free. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories case by case, since lithium rules and freight rates change materially off the mainland. No international shipping at present.
Cars are on the electric line, and the cancellation rules that pair with a made-to-order purchase are on cancellations and returns.

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order, no minimum, contiguous US, including the crated freight on a full car, liftgate delivery, and the hazardous-materials surcharge on batteries.
How long until my car arrives?
Roughly 30 days in production for your custom build, then freight. Plan on 6 to 10 weeks door to door and treat anything faster as a bonus.
Why so long?
Because nothing is pulled off a shelf. Your seat count, wheels, interior, paint and decals are built into the car at the factory. Made to order is the reason the design service is free, and the reason it is not fast.
What arrives at my house?
A wooden crate, 617 lb for an electric model and 908 lb for a gas car, on a truck with a liftgate. The driver gets it to the ground at the kerb; from there it is your driveway and ideally a friend.
Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
