Terms of sale

Last updated: September 11, 2026. Buying from yawkart.com means agreeing to these terms. They repeat what the product pages already say in plain sentences, because terms that surprise you later are the thing we are trying not to have.

What you are buying

Made-to-order recreational vehicles and their accessories. Every car is built against your confirmed specification: body style, seat count, wheels, interior, paint and decals. The free design service is part of the order, and production starts only after you approve the final spec sheet.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the contiguous US, liftgate delivery included. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout, or arranged through our WhatsApp ordering channel at the same prices. Applicable sales taxes, where owed, are your responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Cancellation and returns

Cancel any time before production starts for a full refund. Once production of your custom build has started, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, because a car in your personal specification cannot be resold as new. Accessories, unused and in original packaging, return within 30 days. The full policy, including how freight damage is handled, is on cancellations and returns.

Delivery

Plan on 6 to 10 weeks door to door: roughly 30 days in production plus crated freight. Inspect the crate before signing for it; damage noted on the delivery paperwork, or reported within 48 hours with photographs, is repaired or replaced at our cost.

Warranty

One year on the electric system from delivery, with the coverage and exclusions written on the warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable law that cannot be limited.

Intended use, and the rules that come with it

These are recreational vehicles for private property, closed courses and track days. They are not street legal in nearly every US state and cannot be registered for public roads. You are responsible for operating legally and safely: helmets for every rider on every ride, the 16+ age line on the electric line and 18+ on the gas line, the 660 lb load rating, and local law wherever you ride. Riding is an activity with inherent risk, and buying one of these machines means accepting responsibility for how and where it is used.

YAWKART is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any automotive manufacturer. Style names describe the appearance of the bodywork only, and no product sold here is a licensed replica.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage arising from misuse, modification, or operation contrary to the safety guidance published on this site.

Disputes and changes

Talk to us first: most problems are a conversation, and the contact page reaches a person. We may update these terms; the version dated at the top applies to orders placed while it is live. How your data is handled sits in the privacy policy.
