Before you email
Two things save a round trip.
For a sizing question, send three facts: the rider’s weight, what surface you will ride on, and the dimensions of the area. Those three answers decide almost every purchase in this category, and with them we can give you a straight recommendation rather than a list of options. We will tell you when the answer is the cheaper kart.
For a technical fault, send photographs and describe the symptom in terms of when it happens. “Cuts out after ten minutes and recovers if I leave it five” diagnoses itself. “It stopped working” needs three emails to get to the same place.
How to reach us
Email. The address in the site footer. Best for everything, and the only route that gives us photographs.
Phone. The number in the footer, during business hours. Best for shipping and delivery scheduling.
We reply within two business days, and usually faster.
What to include for a warranty claim
- Order number
- Photographs of the fault, including a wide shot showing where it is on the kart
- What happened and when it started
- Rider weight, for a frame claim
That last one is not us being difficult. The frame rating is the boundary of what we designed for, and a frame failure under a rider inside that rating is a defect we genuinely want to know about, because a pattern would mean a design problem rather than a series of individual claims.
Terms are on warranty claims.
Trade, venues and rentals
If you are buying for a karting venue, a rental operation, an event business or a school programme, talk to us before ordering rather than after.
The standard warranty excludes commercial and rental use, because the duty cycle is completely different from private ownership: more hours, heavier riders, less careful charging and far faster sleeve wear. We would rather quote a different arrangement that reflects that than sell you a warranty that will not apply when you need it.
Press and content
Happy to lend karts for genuine reviews, including critical ones. We will not ask to see the piece before it goes out, and we will not supply a machine set up differently from the one a customer receives.
What we cannot help with
Making a kart street legal. Not achievable in any practical sense, and we will not sell parts toward it.
Raising a controller’s current limit beyond a motor’s rating. It cooks motors, and it voids the warranty on both.
Fitting a higher voltage pack to a kart not rated for it. This destroys controllers, usually on the first full-throttle pull.
If you want more performance, the honest answer is a different kart or a different drivetrain, and we will tell you which rather than sell you a part that will fail.
Most common questions are already answered on the FAQ, and the current range is on the full range.
Common questions
How fast do you reply?
Within two business days, usually the same day for sizing questions and next day for technical faults.
Can you tell me which kart to buy?
Yes, and it is the question we most want. Send the rider's weight, what the surface is and the dimensions of your riding area.
Do you have a phone number?
Yes, listed below, staffed during business hours. For technical faults email is usually faster, because photographs diagnose most electrical problems in one exchange.
